And for those of you who need a translation, the sad meaning of the above is that Scottish sweetie, EMMA GETGOOD, is no longer with us.
Emma departed for Canadian shores a few months ago, leaving us with the feeling that there's something missing that matters.
And if we feel that way it's a cert that they're not exactly in the mood for the highland fling in Scotland. Well, no Scot who values a glamour girl like Emma as much as he values his oats can be expected to play anything but a lament on his bagpipes.

I don’t know much about this picture other than it was taken in the 1980’s at home and sent in by Mr Smith. The Smiths are from Luton, and Mr Smith has certainly given me the impression there may be some more to come.
Let’s hope so!
Amy had a stint at modelling a few years ago then, like many, gave it up.
I am told she was a popular on leg sites, as she has got very shapely thighs. I don’t recognise her, but maybe some of you will.
She is a wife or a girlfriend of somebody, but these early modelling pictures were sent to me by a friend of hers.
Doesn’t she look great in her old college uniform. Let’s hope there is more to come!
Harry thought anybody who couldn't sort out his own problems but had to take them to a psychiatrist needed to have his head examined. His friend Oliver said that was the same thing, to which Harry replied it was all of half-baked propoganda put about by blokes who had to make a living at it.
And then he met SANDRA MORRELL at a garden party, where there were lots of home-made cakes on view and a lot of home-made wine tasting going on. Harry had tested them all by the time he bumped into Sandra, who was there in her official capacity as the garden party beauty queen or something equally exotic and ravishing.
Harry almost fell down. What a doll, he thought. He took her hand and pressed unsolicited kisses on it. Then he looked into her eyes and murmured, "Come and try my cherry tart, I made it myself." "Pardon me, said Sandra," but I never eat cherry tart with men who've had too much elderberry wine."
Harry was distraught. He went to see a psychiatrist next day to try and find out why elderberry wine made him so unattractive to women.
And after six visits, all at ten guineas a time, the psychiatrist told him it was because too much elderberry wine made him lurch sideways.

If this picture gives you the impression that the first love of Austrian girl MANJA PERUCCIA is modelling underwear in the countryside, kindly jettison the impression. Manja is studying ballet in West Germany, and ballet is her one and only love right now. Ballet is art and arty is Manja.
Manja modelled these pictures for us because we told her she was a real humdinger of a pin-up girl and Manja modestly said she wasn't.
That raised a point that had to be clarified and here is Manja clarifying it in our favour.
Well, do you know any ballet students who can't be called real humdinging pin-ups when they look as good as Manja does?
“Flattery,” murmured Manja during the course of the sitting, “will get you nowhere. What is a humdinger, please?”
“A humdinger in your case is someone who has the abstract or material quality guaranteed to make someone else’s eyes pop.”
“Like pink elephants?” asked Manja.
What can you do with a photogenic ballet student who plays herself down to that extent?

Vintage Stockings Archive is a work in progress and is nowhere near complete, but there are enough galleries to get started with. More will be added as and when I am able.
The blog page will be used to announce new galleries and items of interest.
Enjoy
It was the sort of day to make the girls lively, all the sun and fresh air inspiring blonde HELEN CANDLISH and brunette JEAN DEE to practise the egg-and-spoon race for the forthcoming fete. And other races too.
"Gee up?" cried Helen.
"Look, I never was intended to win the Grand National," said Jean, "so just watch it with your spurs, will you?"
Oh well, over the meadows they galloped, like, and in the fields they skipped, and the young farmers stood around and said they were the best thing that had happened to agriculture since Cleopatra.
We don't feel we can argue.

These pictures were sent in by Alex’s husband, Rob. Rob says Alex loves to dress up and do a bit of home modelling for fun. Rob’s hobby is photography; mind you, yours would be too with a wife like Alex!
Alex is from Sheffield, is a mum and works part time as a cleaner.
Alex can clean my house any day she likes!
Seamed stockings and proper knickers complete the perfect ensemble for aficionados.
If you'd like to see more of Alex, then please hit the Like button. She might just return and surprise you some more.
Housewife DOROTHY BENDALL is Dot to all her friends. Dot is happy, lively and fun, but all the dash around the house comes from her daughter KAY. She's helter-skelter youth while Dot is jolly Mum.
They're more like sisters, actually. They go to dances together and run for a bus together. They live in Hampshire and make every day full of fun and giggles.
It’s been a busy year, 2021. Vintage Fetish has been doing well, with its audience growing month on month. Personally, I have had a few ups and downs, but a way forward is making itself clear and I have a few ideas I would like to share.
Last summer I was fortunate to be offered the complete contents of the Vintage Stockings Archive from its webmaster. The site, which I am sure a great many of you were familiar with, closed a year or two ago. There are, as you can imagine, 10’s of 1000’s of images; I have taken some months to review these and have been posting some of the ones that are most in keeping with this website’s main content into the blog on a regular basis.
Most, though, don’t fit well on this site. I want to keep this website as I originally intended - to cover all things ToCo, and include other titles from the 1950’s, 60’s and early 1970’s era. And there is still a lot of ground to cover here, with QT and Pin-Up and many other lesser-known titles still to come; as ever the intention is to make as many of these books available as digital copies for us all to enjoy for a long time to come.
So, let me stop waffling and get to the point – I have decided to resurrect Vintage Stockings Archive as a new stand-alone website. Most, if not all, of its old content, and some new, will be made available for you to enjoy. Those of you who are familiar with the old site will appreciate that a great deal of its content was pictures that had been harvested from the web and then reposted in their original form. I am not going to change that; images will be posted in galleries un-retouched - I just don’t have the time to review every picture.
This new site will eventually have to stand on its own feet financially, which means it will likely be funded with adverts. I will give it a year to see how things go.
Construction is underway, and it will go live when I have enough galleries uploaded to make it viable, and then keep adding content on a regular basis.
I will let you know here when it goes live.
I have been thinking about this next project for some time and feel that the site has now matured enough to give it a go.
But this one is down to you.
Spick, Span and Beautiful Britons were a real success; they published their funny little books for 23 years, and it was all down to pictures of mainly ordinary women in ordinary situations giving us an eyeful of their underwear and a teasing look; what more could we ever want!
The success of this website shows me there is still a real desire to see more like it.
I am keen, and I am sure many others are as well, to see something a little more up to date.
So, I am proposing an area where you can send in pictures of your wives and girlfriends. I do want to ensure that this is in keeping with the ToCo view on things - teasing and fun - nothing explicit. Take a close look at the pictures used from the 1960’s books to get a good idea of what is required. This one really is down to you - your reward will be the fun you get at the end of the shoot, and then seeing your pictures being liked and commented on by others.
