Austrian girl studying ballet in West Germany and taking time off occasionally to be a pinup. Manja’s ambition is to carry her student days to a successful climax and enter a ballet company which will be delighted to have her.
Until that day comes along Manja mixes fun with her work.

We don’t know what the actual figures are, but if we said five girls out of every six like mink we wouldn't be exaggerating, would we? There must be exceptions, anyway, even if these can’t be more than one in six. FAY STEVENS, for instance, would prefer a super white sports car.
Fay is a secretary, with natural blonde hair, and the softest smile to go with the fastest sports car. She’s only got an old banger at the moment, but if you can pursue an ambition with dedication and zest you’ll always get what you want in the end.
All About Jill
Most of you know all there is to know about JILL LUCIENNE, who turned out to be one of the nicest girls we ever met, as well as the prettiest we ever said goodbye to. The melancholy of our farewell to Jill as she sailed with her sister to New Zealand some while ago was at least tempered by the thought that she had been able to model this current Funfare feature for us a week or so previously.

In fact, the look this year to catch the eye that belongs to favourite pin-up JANETTE GOODMAN, with just that extra air of glamour we all find so irresistible.
When a couple of gay girls set out for a ramble in the country, and when those gay girls negotiate the old brick wall on their way, you can’t help thinking of the days when you were young too and sweet Rosie Bessing-woodhampton skipped o’er the dales with just the same charm as now skip ANNETTE FRENCH and JANE RENNIE.
Brick walls and wooden fences have a way of catching at the frills, so there’s no answer to that except to pin those frills back for with frills pinned back a girl is leg-free and all set to jump a five-barred fence (if she’s dumb enough to try!) In case you don’t know, it’s Annette on the left—the one just getting ready to take off for an un-boosted orbit—and Jane on the right. Jane’s the one ready to help the landing be less of a bump than it might.
All attractive are the bonny girls of Scotland, but none more so than ANNETTE FRENCH, tops among the favourite pin-ups North of the Border. Annette is just about the prettiest brunette who ever rode a scooter down Sauchiehall Street, for she certainly got the loudest whistles.
What to wear? It doesn’t matter—Annette looks lovely in anything.

Message: I was recently looking through some old mags. I seem to remember last year(?) while discussing JBF that someone wondered if he had only worked for ToCo. So, I was perusing a copy of Strip Lingerie No 43 and I spotted a shot of a young lady starting to disrobe in front of a massive fireplace complete with tiled arch. Looks familiar to me, as does the jazzy wallpaper on the chimney breast wall. The clincher for me was the appearance stage left of the arm of a chair in a familiar check pattern. I’ve lost count of the number of young ladies we’ve seen in front of or on that suite, let’s just mention Julie Scott, Margo Hamilton, Rita Lees and Sadie Milligan to name but a few. There is another shot later in the mag where the chair is more evident and the model more visible, but I still can’t recognise her. I suppose with quite a stretch of imagination she could be Sadie Milligan, but I remain to be convinced.
